We are looking for someone to join our team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset, support their colleagues and have fun. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise. We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Absence Management and Time Tracking Consultant to join our team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions.
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
About You: This role requires a blended mix of Functional and Technical Consulting skills relating to the implementation of business software applications. Workday Consultants act as trusted advisors to our Customers, guiding them through the functional aspects of the Workday platform. If you have existing or transferable experience in any of the following areas, then we’d love to hear from you:
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
- 4+ years experience working with, or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
Other Qualifications:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums
- Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Language Skills: Business fluent English and German required
