Our Engagement Manager is the day-to-day lead in the delivery and deployment of the VNDLY application and related services to our partners. They will:
- Be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology and project management principles.
- Lead/manage global mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Support leading specific work streams within a global deployment.
- Proactively advise management on navigating complex project challenges to meet executive expectations.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget by enforcing governance standards and managing resource delivery with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
- Drive accountability and adherence to project constraints without compromising stakeholder relationships.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software/SaaS (software as a service) deployment project management.
- 3+ years of experience in VMS (Vendor Management System) industry or other SaaS industry.
Other Qualifications
- Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule to manage the time zone needs for global customers, when necessary.
- Exceptional writing and communications skills.
- Self-motivated and self-starter.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Experience monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, resource allocation and project budgets.
- Ability to accumulate and transform data into tangible reports and concrete information.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Confluence and Jira.
