Our Engagement Manager is the day-to-day lead in the delivery and deployment of the VNDLY application and related services to our partners. They will:

  • Be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology and project management principles.
  • Lead/manage global mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Support leading specific work streams within a global deployment.
  • Proactively advise management on navigating complex project challenges to meet executive expectations.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget by enforcing governance standards and managing resource delivery with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
  • Drive accountability and adherence to project constraints without compromising stakeholder relationships.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software/SaaS (software as a service) deployment project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in VMS (Vendor Management System) industry or other SaaS industry.

Other Qualifications

  • Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule to manage the time zone needs for global customers, when necessary.
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, resource allocation and project budgets.
  • Ability to accumulate and transform data into tangible reports and concrete information.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Confluence and Jira.
