About the Role
As a Senior Project/Engagement Manager within Workday's delivery team, you will lead project teams that deploy Workday's enterprise cloud applications across Finance, HR, and Planning. You will guide customers through the deployment lifecycle, partnering with delivery leaders, consultants, and resource management teams to deliver value on time and within budget.

- Empowering project teams and focusing them on deployment objectives, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, enabling them to meet project goals through successful Workday deployment.
- Helping customers adopt Workday AI in their tenants by positioning how Workday AI is embedded across Finance, HR, and Planning.
- Reporting to the Delivery Directors of the EMEA Professional Services, with travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in engagement management, project management, or professional services delivery within a SaaS, ERP, HCM, Financials or enterprise software environment.
- Experience leading complex software implementation projects across multiple industries, including global or multi‑country deployments.
- Balanced business and technical experience, with the ability to create deployment plans that suit customer industry and transformation program.
- Experienced in project management: planning, coordinating, and delivering complex deployment projects on time and within budget; defining scope, managing resources and finances, tracking progress, mitigating risks, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Experienced in software implementations: assessing customer requirements, developing implementation plans, coordinating resources, navigating unexpected challenges.
- Skilled in relationship management: building rapport and trust with key contacts; proactively seeking feedback; anticipating needs; navigating disagreements; fostering collaboration.
- Skilled in leadership: establishing vision, motivating and empowering teams, adapting approach, delegating, fostering environment built on trust.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; tailoring complex information; presenting with confidence; active listening.
