In this role, you will design and scale sales enablement for Workday's AI services, partnering with field teams and external partners. You'll develop repeatable go-to-market assets, playbooks, and deal-support processes to accelerate service-driven growth. You'll analyze performance data to drive improvements across the services ecosystem and adapt as AI portfolios evolve. You join a collaborative team focused on transforming how customers adopt AI-enabled solutions at scale.

Key requirements

  • Develop and roll out field enablement programs, playbooks, objection guides, and pitching materials for global AI services
  • Conduct ongoing training for field reps, sales engineers, and services partners
  • Create scoping tools, proposal templates, and standardized service packages to speed deal desk approvals
  • Provide deal-support analyses and enablement guidance on complex, high-value opportunities
  • Establish scope guardrails and sales frameworks to balance risk and value
  • Incorporate win/loss feedback to refine materials, processes, and value propositions
  • Track enablement adoption, attach rates, deal velocity, and service package performance
  • Build dashboards to reveal enablement impact, field readiness, and pipeline trends
  • Identify bottlenecks in the services sales process and propose data-driven optimizations

Tasks

  • 6+ years in professional services, consultative advisory, or enterprise solution architecture in HCM, Recruiting, or Financials
  • 4+ years advising on or selling Workday solutions or modern enterprise SaaS
  • 3+ years in a practice management, strategy, enablement, or methodology role within Professional Services or GSI ecosystems
  • Proven track record in building enablement collateral, service package frameworks, and GTM strategies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives
  • Experience designing repeatable scoping tools, SOW frameworks, and delivery guidelines
  • AI & data literacy with ability to discuss data quality, integrations, and volume/velocity in business terms
  • Experience enabling third-party delivery partners and internal sales/consulting teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Customer Success
  • Proficiency with sales metrics, pipeline analysis, and data visualization tools (Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI)
