In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a safe, reliable and professional service for our customers. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering alcoholic products from our customer base to RDCs, retail stores and warehouse locations across the UK.
- Running out and back routes, planning your journey efficiently each day to ensure timely deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers both face to face and over the phone in a professional manner.
- Maintaining regular communication with the transport team for progress updates and to help manage customer expectations.
- Managing your driving hours and working time in full compliance with all relevant legislation while working away from home.
- Attending ongoing training sessions to support your continued development and keep your skills up to date.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to take on the open road with confidence.
- Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared.
- Bring your passion for delivering exceptional customer service, making every interaction count.
