Job Summary: Senior Director - Enterprise UK&I. Are you a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in the Data industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Segment team in NetApp UK. Join a leading player in the storage industry, where you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the enterprise market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on the Enterprise Segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored NetApp solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align strategies and drive customer success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Drive sales excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring effective pipeline management.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within Enterprise.
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.
  • Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and/or Cloud.
