Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
A proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial results
Experience managing colleague performance, coaching teams and driving improvement
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
