Are you passionate about delivering excellence on the road? We're looking for dedicated and skilled HGV drivers to join our team. As a key member of our transport operation, you will ensure goods are delivered safely, professionally and on time.

Fantastic Earning Potential: Start your shift with a solid £16.50 per hour and increase your earnings with a £2.75 per hour night premium for all hours worked between 21:00 and 04:00.

Driver Friendly Shift Options: Enjoy a predictable 4 on / 4 off rota, giving you stability and a healthy work life balance. Day shifts start between 05:00 - 06:00.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver with Confidence: Operate a curtain sided trailer to deliver palletised goods safely and efficiently.
  • Load Security: Ensure all goods are safely strapped and secured to prevent movement or damage.
  • Safety First: Complete daily vehicle checks using your company mobile to keep vehicles compliant and road ready.
  • Stay Connected: Maintain clear communication with the transport team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take part in regular training to stay up to date with industry standards, safety, and compliance.

  • Northern Deliveries: Experience variety with multi drop deliveries from Lesmahagow to East Kilbride, keeping your day dynamic and engaging.
  • Southern Deliveries: Prefer steady driving? Our southern route from Lesmahagow to Wakefield is mostly single drop, offering longer, smoother runs with minimal stops.

Flexibility When It Matters: As part of delivering for our customers, routes may be adjusted at short notice to meet contract and operational requirements.
