About the Role
- As a Class 1 Driver, you will collect and deliver customers' products throughout the UK on a curtain-sided trailer.
- Master load security with ratchet straps and part manual handling, ensuring every delivery is safe and secure.
- Leverage a handheld PDA to complete paperwork seamlessly and efficiently.
- Keep in constant contact with the transport team, offering updates on your progress and ensuring our customers' expectations are consistently met.
- Experience nights away, making each journey unique and fulfilling.
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices, continuously improving your skills.
- The rota is flexible and offered on a weekly basis, with drivers contacted in advance to confirm availability.
- This is a zero/casual hours arrangement to support peak periods, annual leave and unplanned absences.
