How to prepare for a job interview at Workcircle

Know Your Practice Inside Out

Before the interview, make sure you research Vets for Pets and understand their values, mission, and the specifics of the Bradford practice. Familiarise yourself with the equipment they use and the types of cases they handle. This will show your genuine interest and help you connect your experience to their needs.

Showcase Your Leadership Skills

As a potential Practice Owner, it's crucial to demonstrate your leadership abilities. Prepare examples of how you've successfully managed teams or projects in the past. Highlight your vision for the practice and how you plan to foster a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Discuss Financial Acumen

Since this role involves operational autonomy, be ready to discuss your understanding of financial management in a veterinary practice. Talk about any experience you have with budgeting, forecasting, or improving profitability. This will reassure them that you can handle the business side effectively.

Prepare Questions That Matter

Interviews are a two-way street, so come prepared with thoughtful questions. Ask about the support systems in place for new practice owners, the culture of the team, or how they measure success. This not only shows your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the practice aligns with your ambitions.
