Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a temporary administrator. This role will be based in Omagh and is initially temporary for 3 months, with the potential for extension.
Location: Omagh
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Temporary for 3 months initially
Hours: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Health and Social Care Trust on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for the preparation, administration, and monitoring of contracts relating to residential care, domiciliary care, day care, and other health and social care services.
- Assist in the coordination of contract renewals and contract review activities.
- Maintain and update performance monitoring systems, including records relating to complaints, incidents, and contract monitoring returns.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including diary and appointment management, and the preparation of letters, reports, and other correspondence.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries and maintain effective filing systems and databases.
- Arrange and support meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences, including booking venues and equipment and preparing agendas and meeting documentation.
- Record accurate minutes and coordinate attendee arrangements and hospitality requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and provide flexible support to ensure service continuity during periods of staff absence.
Essential criteria:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English and Maths (or equivalent) AND 1 year of experience working in an administrative and clerical environment OR 3 years of experience working in an administrative and clerical environment.
