Responsibilities:
- Undertaking assessments and reviews.
Experience working in Wales under the SSWBA is preferential.
Expected to be in the office or community 4-5 days a week, dependent on the needs of the service.

- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
