Job Description: Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a busy office environment? We are currently seeking an Administration Supervisor to join our team at our Eurocentral office. This is a varied role combining office administration, operational support, and people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the administration team, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction.
- Manage workloads and ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Oversee data entry, record management, invoicing, and reporting processes.
- Ensure customer, driver, and contract records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support payroll, billing, and contract administration activities where required.
- Handle customer and stakeholder queries professionally and efficiently.
- Produce regular reports and provide administrative support to management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver excellent service standards.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative supervisory or team leader position.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
