First Choice Selection Services is currently recruiting Weigh Room Operators for a busy food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Location: Magherafelt

Pay Rate: £14 P/H

Night Shift Positions Available:

  • Sunday Night to Friday Morning – 2 Vacancies
  • Start Time 6:00pm-2:00am – 1 Vacancy
  • Start Time 9:00pm-5:00am

Temporary position for a minimum of 3 months with the opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients in line with recipes and production requirements.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, recipes, and bakery systems precisely.
  • Label, stage, and prepare ingredients for production teams.
  • Complete all weighing activities in the correct sequence to prevent errors and cross-contamination.
  • Record ingredient usage and batch information accurately.
  • Maintain full traceability through paperwork and system records.
  • Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the weigh room.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling requirements.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Previous Experience:

  • Food production, food manufacturing, bakery, or factory experience.
  • Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
