Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor delivering commercial, retail, hospitality, office and refurbishment projects across Ireland.

As a result of continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of fit-out projects from site setup through to final handover.

The successful candidate will manage all day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations from mobilisation through to completion.

Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site-based personnel.

Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

Track site progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery.

Maintain high standards across all fit-out and finishing packages.

Coordinate partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes and associated building services.

Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging and remedial works.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and site regulations.

Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to the Contracts Manager and project team.

Liaise with clients, consultants, design teams and other key stakeholders.

Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and quality documentation.

Plan labour, materials and deliveries to support the construction programme.

Manage the project through to successful completion and client handover.

Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a Site Manager role within fit-out, refurbishment or general construction.

Good understanding of internal fit-out packages, finishes and handover requirements.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on active sites.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, programmes and specifications.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

Good knowledge of health and safety standards within the Irish construction sector.

Relevant construction or site management qualification.

Safe Pass and First Aid certification.

Full clean driving licence.
