We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to join Children's Homes in the Channel Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in a stunning location, with supportive management, a highly rewarding role, and excellent benefits.
You will be part of a parenting team providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people looked after by the Council. You'll work flexibly to meet their needs - including shift work, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays (paid at 2x rate).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children and young people living in the home.
- Build trusting, nurturing relationships and act as a positive role model.
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development.
- Contribute to individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Work in partnership with families, social workers, schools, and other agencies.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and equality & diversity procedures.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care or Residential
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Awareness of safeguarding and child development
- Good communication skills and basic IT knowledge
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a residential or care setting
- Knowledge of Care Standards or trauma-informed practice
