We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Production Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our growing team. As Production Administrator/Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production department. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives on multitasking and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to support our experienced Production Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules and update project timelines.
- Liaise with the workshop team, procurement and project managers to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Track and document workflow progress.
- Maintain up to date time & attendance adjustments & reports.
- Generate and maintain production reports and administrative records.
- Assist with quality control and dispatch documentation.
- Support compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or production support role (manufacturing or joinery experience a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude.
