Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' previous experience within an industry-based finance environment and possess a strong understanding of day-to-day financial processes and procedures.
The Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately, transactions are processed efficiently, and reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with experience using accounting or ERP systems, would be highly advantageous Key Duties Registration and processing of customer & supplier invoices.
Comprehensive and accurate customer & supplier file maintenance.
Reconciliation of Customer & supplier statements and liaison with customers & suppliers to resolve any queries.
Process payments to suppliers.
Purchase Order administration.
Company credit card reconciliation, posting all related invoices and payments.
Post petty cash transactions.
