The Candidate
- Reporting directly to the owner, working closely with the hop and apple manager, and wider team.
- Requiring strong organisation, leadership, good communication, and attention to detail.
- Proven crop/horticultural management or assistant manager experience.
- Suckler herd experience.
- Interest in horticultural crops (hops and/or top fruit advantageous).
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
- Used to doing budgets and costing.
- Committed to high standards of farming and environmental stewardship.
