Your new company A long-established and highly respected M&E contractor with a strong presence across Northern Ireland and the UK is seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to join its senior leadership team.

Your new role As Commercial Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial and contractual performance of multiple M&E projects, ensuring profitability is maximised whilst commercial risks are identified and effectively managed.
Working closely with the Regional and Operations Director, you will provide commercial leadership across the business, supporting project delivery teams and ensuring all contractual obligations are administered correctly.
Key responsibilities will include: Leading commercial and contractual negotiations on new and existing projects.
Reviewing contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
