As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Cheshunt Tesco store. This includes leading and developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. You'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager by taking ownership, leading with initiative, and bringing energy and personality to the store.
