The Role

Camlin is seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to lead the next phase of our global growth and transformation. This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for defining how Camlin positions itself in the global market, how we engage customers and how marketing contributes directly to commercial growth. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, the CMO will shape Camlin's global marketing strategy, brand, go-to-market approach and customer proposition across our Energy and Rail businesses. The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, deep experience in B2B technology or industrial markets and the ability to turn complex technology into clear, compelling customer propositions.

  • Global Marketing Strategy
    • Define and own Camlin's global marketing strategy aligned to our value plan and business growth objectives.
    • Establish clear market positioning, segmentation and customer strategies.
    • Identify new markets, opportunities and emerging customer needs.
    • Ensure marketing investment is aligned to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Brand & Positioning
    • Own and evolve the Camlin global brand.
    • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions.
    • Strengthen Camlin's position as a leading technology business within critical infrastructure.
    • Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across global markets.
  • Go-to-Market
    • Develop and lead global go-to-market strategies across priority markets and customer segments.
    • Work closely with Sales, Business Development and Product Management to generate and accelerate pipelines.
