The Role

This is a hands-on Optical Assistant position, giving you exposure to the full patient journey. You'll need to be confident in dispensing across all levels and comfortable working in a busy yet supportive setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dispensing a wide range of frames and lenses
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire patient journey
  • Supporting the clinical team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
