What you’ll do:
- Lead the IT function with confidence and purpose, setting the direction while staying close to operational delivery.
- Define and deliver a clear IT strategy, driving innovation across systems, infrastructure and security.
- Work closely with the Executive Board to shape, propose and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth, including AI and emerging technologies.
- Set the architectural vision for the organisation and play a central role in modernising our technology landscape.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance, reliability and security across all platforms.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers, managing vendors and negotiating SLAs to deliver value.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring business wide resilience.
- Inspire and develop your team, creating a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
