We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Lakeside store.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader or aspiring Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a large team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance.
You'll be confident managing people, understand HR processes, and know how to use KPIs to improve results.
