First Choice is recruiting on behalf of an established solicitors' practice for a Receptionist / Front of House position, working across their Magherafelt and Coleraine offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills to join a professional office environment as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

The successful candidate will provide a welcoming front of house service, manage enquiries, prepare correspondence, maintain client records and assist with the day-to-day administration of both offices, always handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Previous experience within a legal office is highly desirable, along with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing a varied workload. The role requires working 2 days each week in Magherafelt and 1 day in Coleraine.
