strong Key Responsibilities: /strong

strong Lead Food Production /strong
at our Florence Park Training Ground, delivering high-quality meals that meet performance goals and dietary needs.
strong Menu Planning & Innovation /strong
Collaborate with the Head of Catering and Sports Science team to design menus that are fresh, seasonal, and purpose-built.
strong Procurement & Stock Control /strong
Take ownership of sourcing and managing kitchen supplies, ensuring top standards are always maintained.
strong Presentation & Service /strong
Prepare and present food that looks as good as it tastes, reflecting the professionalism of the club.
strong Build Strong Relationships /strong
Engage positively with players, staff, and guests to provide outstanding dining experiences.
strong Ensure Health & Safety Compliance /strong
Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
