- strong Within a community football programme /strong /li /ul /p p We re looking for coaches who are strong enthusiastic /strong , strong player-focused /strong and strong passionate /strong about helping young players develop. p You ll work with players aged U9 U16, helping them build their technical and tactical skills, confidence, creativity and love of the game, while gaining valuable experience within the Colchester United player pathway. strong This position is based out of The Shrub End Community & Sports Centre, Colchester, CO2 9BG and applicants must be available on the following evening: /strong /p /strong /p
