Constellation are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join the team in the area of South Gloucestershire - Wotton under Edge, Stonehouse, Cheltenham and Gloucester. About the Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the staff catering facilities, helping to provide fresh food, beverages, and excellent service to employees and visitors on site. You will work as part of a friendly catering team, ensuring food preparation areas, dining spaces, and service counters are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
- Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions where required
- Replenish food displays, drinks, and catering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Wash utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures
- Support stock rotation and storage procedures
- Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Ensure a professional and positive attitude at all times
Essential Requirements
