As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping children and young people with epilepsy and complex needs live happy, fulfilling lives while building a rewarding career for yourself. Working within our children's residential homes, you'll support children and young people aged 5-19 with epilepsy and complex medical and developmental needs. You'll help children to: Build confidence and independence Develop life skills and reach personal goals Take part in education, therapy and recreational activities Enjoy hobbies, trips out, swimming, baking and community activities Maintain their wellbeing through person-centred care and support You'll also: Support daily routines and personal care Work alongside teachers, nurses and therapists Record care notes and progress updates Follow individual care plans and behaviour support strategies Create positive experiences that help children thrive Training and career development We're passionate about helping our staff flourish and develop long-term careers.
