We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Sociology and Psychology (Key Stage 5) to join our thriving post-16 provision. You will:

  • Teach Sociology and Psychology at KS5
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire deep thinking
  • Track progress and provide targeted support to maximise student achievement
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
  • Play an active role in our supportive sixth form and wider school community

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent subject knowledge in Sociology and/or Psychology
  • Holds QTS
  • Has experience teaching KS5 or a motivation for post-16 teaching
  • Builds positive relationships and high expectations for all learners
  • Is reflective, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement
