The Role As an Early Career Teacher, you will: Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preferences and school requirements. Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners. Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. Gain valuable experience through supply work or complete your ECT induction in a long-term placement. About You To be considered, you will: Hold, or be due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026. Be passionate about making a positive difference in primary education. Have strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills. Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development.
