A dynamic and growing civil & structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team in Belfast. Your new role as a Chartered Structural Engineer:
- You will play a key role in the structural design and delivery of reinforced concrete structures, working on project delivery for both building structures and water-retaining infrastructure.
- Working as part of a collaborative team, you will take responsibility for leading projects from concept to construction, coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure robust, efficient design solutions.
- You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the continued development of internal design standards and best practices.
What you will need to succeed as a Chartered Structural Engineer:
- Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE preferred).
- Experience delivering detailed designs and calculations for a wide range of structural systems.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. TEDDS, Tekla, Robot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Eurocodes and British Standards.
