We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join a leading fintech organisation working on a major strategic programme delivering solutions used globally. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing leader with strong C#/.NET experience across test automation, quality engineering and enterprise-scale software delivery. You will work closely with .NET developers, architects and engineering teams to shape the testing strategy, enhance automation frameworks and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key experience:
- Strong background in test leadership, QA or quality engineering
- Excellent hands-on experience testing applications built using C# and .NET
- Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including APIs, microservices and distributed systems
- Proven experience designing and developing test automation frameworks using C#/.NET
- Experience with relevant testing tools and frameworks, such as NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow or similar
- Experience delivering complex solutions within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of API, integration, performance and end-to-end testing
- Excellent understanding of modern testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience integrating automated testing into Agile and CI/CD environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fintech or payments experience would be advantageous

- Define and drive the testing strategy across key programmes
- Provide technical leadership for testing within a C#/.NET engineering environment
- Lead and enhance test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices
