Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week; Monday-Wednesday 9-5.30pm, Thursday 9-8pm, Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 9-3pm on a rota

Dundonald Usedirect is recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team. Specialising in used car sales, you will work alongside our experienced sales professionals, learning the role from the ground up while delivering first-class customer service. As part of our sales team, you'll be a strong communicator and a real people person, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Our Sales Executives are key points of contact for customers, taking the time to understand their wants and needs and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable vehicles
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
- Completing all relevant sales paperwork
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
The ideal candidate
You'll have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment. Previous sales or motor trade experience is not essential - if you have strong customer service experience and the drive to learn, we'll give you the tools to build a successful career in automotive sales. A full UK driving licence is required, as you'll have the opportunity to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
