About you
- Previous experience within a customer service, parts or automotive environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Good IT and administration skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Interest in the motor industry
What you'll do
- Deliver excellent customer service to retail, trade and workshop customers
- Process goods inwards and manage parts receipting accurately
- Identify, price and supply vehicle parts using electronic systems
- Order parts efficiently to meet customer and workshop requirements
- Issue parts to technicians to support workshop productivity
- Process warranty part returns in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate stock control and storage procedures
- Check deliveries against orders and update inventory records
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Support the Parts Department in achieving sales and service targets
