A growing business in the Greater Belfast area is seeking a Finance & Operations Business Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and senior team. This is a varied role covering finance, operations and commercial support, with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and wider business improvement. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, autonomy and a role where they can make a real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing management accounts and financial reports
- Managing cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
- Developing financial dashboards and KPIs
- Supporting commercial decision-making and business planning

- Working closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or significant relevant experience
