VANRATH is working with an award-winning print and brand design business in Belfast on the appointment of a Digital Marketing Specialist. After 15 years of steady growth, the company is continuing to invest in its digital and e-commerce offering, and this role has been created to shape that strategy and get the most out of their recently developed e-commerce platform. This will suit someone creative and commercially minded who is comfortable working from data as well as instinct, and who wants real ownership rather than a purely delivery focused post.

The Role

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy across two established brands
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar and coordinate campaign delivery end to end
  • Build and run promotional campaigns spanning product launches, client projects, company news and brand activity
  • Use data and customer insight to shape the e-commerce product portfolio and commercial offering
  • Keep a consistent, engaging brand presence across every digital channel
  • Maintain and improve online content and the wider customer journey
  • Write engaging blogs, website copy and other digital content
  • Run the organic social media channels across both brands
  • Monitor online comments and enquiries and respond to them
  • Track campaign performance and turn it into actionable insight
  • Manage the digital marketing budget with an eye on return on investment
  • Build relationships with customers, prospects and industry partners

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum two-three years' digital marketing experience
  • Degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • Track record of developing and delivering digital marketing strategies
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience of marketing automation platforms
  • Email marketing experience
  • Familiar with web publishing, SEO tools and website content management
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle several priorities at once
  • Creative, commercially minded and at home in a fast paced environment
