Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager, Dental Provider.

Location: Dundonald & Lisburn, Belfast, BT16 Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday Friday)

We are now seeking a dynamic Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager to help lead the business and operational performance of our practices and support our continued development as a leading dental provider within the local community.

Our modern practices offer a full spectrum of services, including aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and essential NHS services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their leadership and business management career within a progressive dental environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire Manage and support a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals.

Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting.

Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards.

Drive Growth Use your commercial awareness to support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance.

Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives.

Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery.

Community Engagement Enhance the practices presence within the local community.

Manage and improve the practices online reputation, Google Reviews, and social media presence.

Enhance Patient Experience Continuously improve the patient journey and practice environment.

Implement initiatives that ensure every patient visit is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
