About the Role

You’ll work in a person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed way, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life. You’ll develop and review Support Plans, PBS Plans and Risk assessments that enable the person to live as independently as possible. This exciting opportunity will involve a mixture of office based and support work. There is a requirement for flexible working including evenings, weekends and sleeps.
