Vanrath are recruiting for a Band 2 Clerical Officer (School Nursing Admin) on behalf of a large public sector company in Armagh on an ongoing block booking basis.

Provide admin support to the school nursing team and manager in their delivery of the Healthy Child, Healthy Future Programme which includes the delivery of the regional immunisation programme and the regional paediatric flu programme.
Prepare packs/ envelopes for distribution to pupils in schools.
Deliver and collect correspondence to schools on behalf of the school nursing service.
Contacting GP surgeries/ parents for updates on vaccination histories.
Word Processing correspondence and reports.
Filing, photocopying and general office duties Telephone duties including maintaining diaries and arranging meetings/ appointments as requested.
Dealing with incoming and preparation of outgoing mail and personally dealing with routine items in accordance with established procedures.
Order and check stores for the team.
Inputting data on to a computerised system and extracting information if required from the Child Health system About you
