This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.
We can offer an immediate start for this role and its expected to last around 3 months.
This role will be providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Team Leader and department, including diary management, organise meetings, take minutes and distribute relevant documentation.
Monitor waiting lists, ensure assessment timescales are met, and escalate potential breaches to the Team Leader.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, telephone enquiries and follow-up actions.
