Hours: Monday to Friday 5:30am - 5:00pm 1:30pm - 9:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour
Job Description
Workchain is currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for temporary work in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for competitive pay and regular weekday work. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks before and after journeys.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Comply with road traffic laws, drivers' hours regulations and health and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and the transport team
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid digital tachograph card.
- Previous experience in an HGV Class 1 driving role.
- Good knowledge of road safety and drivers' hours regulations.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
