VNA Forklift Driver – WellesbourneWorkchain are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Forklift Driver to join a busy and professional logistics operation based in Wellesbourne. Our client operates a modern logistics and warehousing facility supporting storage, inventory management, order fulfilment and distribution. This is a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy and efficiency are key.
The Role
- Operating a VNA forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Moving and storing stock within high-level racking
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Completing manual warehouse duties once forklift work has been completed
- This can include picking, packing, moving stock and other general warehouse tasks
- Ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely
- Following all site health & safety procedures
Please note: This is not a forklift-only position. Candidates must be happy to carry out manual warehouse work alongside their forklift duties, particularly when VNA work has been completed.
Working Hours & Pay
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 £14.50 per hour Pay increase to £15.00 per hour after successfully completing 3 months Temp to Perm opportunity – potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
About You
- Previous VNA forklift experience is essential
- Must hold a nationally accredited VNA licence
- Confident and competent operating a VNA truck
- Comfortable carrying out manual warehouse duties
- Good awareness of warehouse health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work accurately in a busy logistics environment
- A strong team player with a good work ethic
