We are currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Loader for a well-established distribution site in Warrington. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, is happy to assist with general warehouse duties, and is looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent in the New Year.
Shift Details
- Shift: Night shift, 9:30pm - 6:00am
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
- Pay Day: Every Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Sorting and moving goods
- Assisting with general warehouse and loading duties
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Manual handling and lifting may be required
Requirements
- Valid External Counterbalance Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous forklift, warehouse, or loading experience preferred
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work night shifts and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in securing long-term employment
