The role
You will help coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, supporting the team to maintain an efficient, safe and organised working environment.
- Supervising and supporting warehouse staff during the day shift
- Coordinating goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities
- Helping to maintain accurate stock records and documentation
- Monitoring workflow, priorities and delivery requirements
- Supporting safe working practices and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with resolving operational issues and reporting progress
- Working closely with production, transport and other internal teams
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Experience of supervising, leading or coordinating a team
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Commitment to safe working practices and accurate processes
