Key responsibilities
• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and responsibly
• Carry out fridge work and transport refrigerated loads
• Complete vehicle checks before and after journeys
• Follow delivery instructions, transport procedures and road safety requirements
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate professionally where required
• Keep the vehicle and load secure throughout each journey
Skills and qualifications
• Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence
• Previous fridge work experience
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication and organisational skills
