Workchain is currently seeking a Sales Executive for our clients nationally recognised operations, with offices based in Sutton Coldfield, B76.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Prepare product costing, present options to customers and sales quotations, provide advice and guidance on products
- Maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel including those in
- Take full responsibility or the new customer / new product set up
- Ensure KPIs and sales targets are met
Qualifications, requirements and experience:
- Building products knowledge and business to business sales experience gained within the building industry is preferable however full training is provided
- Demonstrable track record of account management and business development
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills to support and maintain effective working relationships with customers
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm and 1 Saturday in 3.
The starting salary is from £30kpa to £35kpa depending on experience, with excellent company benefits including company mobile and laptop.
