Key responsibilities
- Loading, unloading and moving parcels safely
- Sorting and organising goods ready for dispatch
- Scanning, labelling and checking items for accuracy
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following warehouse procedures, health and safety guidance and supervisor instructions
- Working effectively to meet daily operational requirements
- Reporting damaged, missing or incorrectly labelled items
Skills and qualifications
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Ability to work at pace in a warehouse environment
