We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver on behalf of our client based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing work, consistent hours and competitive pay.
The Role
- Starting at 7:00am each day.
- Working approximately 40–50 hours per week.
- Earning £18.50–£19.00 per hour, paid weekly.
- Delivering and collecting used wooden pallets to and from a variety of locally based customers.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence required.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification required.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card required.
- Minimum of 2 years' previous Class 1 driving experience.
- Good knowledge of road safety and drivers' hours regulations.
- A reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
